Course Description
Traditionally, businesses have been focused on factors like price, service and convenience to attract consumers. Today, a new era of sustainability is rising and consumers are becoming more environmentally conscious and are demanding businesses to do more.
This trend is not limited to large developed markets; it is rather consistent across global markets; including the Middle East. A new research study conducted in 2017 shows that 88% of consumers from Africa/Middle East say it is extremely important that companies implement environmental programs.
